On behalf of the North Central Florida march of Dimes, thank you for the extraordinary service you provide us in guiding us through selection, creation and production of incentives, premiums and other gift items that we require for volunteer recognition and appreciation.
We really enjoyed first working with you on the challenge of creating, and then marketing to chapters nationwide, our march of Dimes milestone umbrella. You did not give up when we sent you back to the drawing board numerous times for additional changes, and you were committed to developing a marketing plan to secure enough orders to make the designed collector's umbrella affordable. Then you made sure we received our shipment of the orders in plenty of time for our distribution at WalkAmerica.
After that, you continued to work in partnership with us to provide the most current options for premiums and incentives that matched our needs for promotional items and our price line. You have certainly risen to the top of our list as to whom to call when items are needed. We can trust that the quality of the product and the graphic design you add are top notch and delivery will be on time.
We especially appreciate your concern that we, your customer, as well as our volunteers, are pleased with your products. You even go out of your way to "make things right" for volunteers who were unhappy with a product that was not even yours! That is over and above the call for service!
